Now we are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and talented Headhunter with great expertise for staffing our new international projects.


  • • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • • Experience in the international market
  • • Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
  • • Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as Google X-Ray search, Linkedin search, and other related systems and tactics
  • • Previous experience of working with an applicant tracking system
  • • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
  • • Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
  • • Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole

As a big plus:

  • • Crypto/blockchain experience
  • • Experience with high-risk projects



  • • Full life cycle recruitment of technical and digital marketing positions
  • • Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position
  • • Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates
  • • Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
  • • Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit) is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
  • • Reporting
