Now we are looking for a talented Deputy Head of Recruitment to join our team.
Requirements:
- • Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead or Talent acquisition lead/head role preferably in a fast-growing international tech environment
- • Experience creating a Talent Acquisition strategy, as well as the ability to come up with creative ways to find the best talent in a international market
- • English – Upper-Intermediate or above
- • Self-starting attitude, to be a catalyst for changes in the recruitment and employer brand topics
- • Ability to inspire your team members, stakeholders, and to build strong relationships
- • Proactive personality that just love to get things done
- • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
- • Strong time management and organizational skills
- • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- • Ability to work in a geographically distributed team
As a plus:
- • Crypto/blockchain experience
- • Experience with high-risk projects
Responsibilities:
- • Implementation/improvement of recruiting department processes
- • Market research and analysis
- • Reporting: referral bonuses, recruiting bonuses, monthly / quarterly / annual presentations
- • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the recruitment process and suggest/implement ideas accordingly
- • Manage external recruitment resources (recruitment agencies, freelancers)
- • Managing of the Recruiting team (after probation period): manage, train, and evaluate our team of 6 recruiters;
- • Development of the referral system: interviewing candidates, building pipeline for the future, bonuses, etc.
- • Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization;
- • Recruitment copywriting: help with first wow-massages, checking all JDs before publishing
- • Independently own the full recruitment cycle of 1-2 vacancies (Senior/Lead/C-level)
