We develop and provide innovative solutions for the iGaming Industry by constantly improving our software brands and designing new products.
Now we are looking for a talented Deputy Head of Recruitment to join our team.

Requirements:

  • • Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead or Talent acquisition lead/head role preferably in a fast-growing international tech environment
  • • Experience creating a Talent Acquisition strategy, as well as the ability to come up with creative ways to find the best talent in a international market
  • • English – Upper-Intermediate or above 
  • • Self-starting attitude, to be a catalyst for changes in the recruitment and employer brand topics
  • • Ability to inspire your team members, stakeholders, and to build strong relationships
  • • Proactive personality that just love to get things done
  • • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
  • • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • • Ability to work in a geographically distributed team

As a plus:

  • • Crypto/blockchain experience
  • • Experience with high-risk projects

Responsibilities:

  • • Implementation/improvement of recruiting department processes
  • • Market research and analysis
  • • Reporting: referral bonuses, recruiting bonuses, monthly / quarterly / annual presentations
  • • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the recruitment process and suggest/implement ideas accordingly
  • • Manage external recruitment resources (recruitment agencies, freelancers)
  • • Managing of the Recruiting team (after probation period): manage, train, and evaluate our team of 6 recruiters;
  • • Development of the referral system: interviewing candidates, building pipeline for the future, bonuses, etc.
  • • Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization;
  • • Recruitment copywriting: help with first wow-massages, checking all JDs before publishing
  • • Independently own the full recruitment cycle of 1-2 vacancies (Senior/Lead/C-level)
