The i-gaming (online casino) company, founded in 2016, with offices in Ukraine, Latvia, South Africa and Moldova, and products focusing on the following markets – Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Germany etc.
Today, the company gathered moreover 140 international employees to the team.
We are seeking to expand the team with the addition of a VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER (English speaking). The successful candidate will be tasked with handling their most important customers while joining a great team atmosphere that delivers players the care and attention required to give the best service in the industry.
Skills/Qualifications required:
- • Experience as a VIP account manager in iGaming industry – 2+ years
- • Friendly and positive communicator
- • Advanced-Fluent English language, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- • Build trust and strong relationships with VIP customers
- • Handle customers’ day to day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service
- • Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met
- • Maintain regular contact with customers through a variety of channels (phone email, messengers)
- • Engage with VIP customers and at times other players including the chat room on-site, email
