Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with payments/processing/billing systems as a manager in the gambling area or other high-risk niches.
- 2+ years of experience in a Head/Lead position.
- Experience with card payment processing and alternative payment methods.
- Experience working with Curacao, MGA, etc licenses.
- Proven working experience/managing with results in business development, operation monitoring, compliance, and integration.
- Good understanding of the Visa & MC regulations in different jurisdictions.
- Experience with Risk department management.
- Compliance flow setup.
Responsibilities:
- Billing team management (full cycle).
- Extend and diversify the portfolio of payment methods for top-tier countries within our products.
- Daily management of the team to improve acceptance rate and optimize processing fees.
- Work with the anti-fraud payment department.
- Improvement of the product and close work with product department.
