We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Manager to join our team. 
We need a positive and professional person, who will take care about our employees and help us to make our company better.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a diverse range of HR functions working within progressive HR models
  • Good speaking and writing skills in english (at least upper intermediate)
  • Positive attitude (Coming with the solution not with complaints)
  • Proven experience in different HR areas: adaptation, performance management, L&D, employee engagement & retention, C&B, separation
  • Striving to self-development and improvement
  • Observe and know how to implement HR trends
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate, coach and mentoring

Responsibilities:

  • Team communications (Digest, B-days, etc) 
  • Onboarding and Adaptation
  • Offboarding 
  • Presents (B-days, Anniversaries, parties) 
  • Corporate parties (Ukraine)
  • Teambuilding for small teams (Ukraine)
  • Conducting 1-1 meetings 
  • Preparing monthly
