Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Prioritize Application Fields:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential application fields for machine learning solutions.
  • Prioritize areas where machine learning can enhance operational efficiency and deliver tangible business impact.

Selection of Appropriate Approaches and Solutions:

  • Evaluate and recommend machine learning algorithms and techniques suitable for specific use cases.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to design and develop scalable machine learning solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities of chosen approaches.

Creation and Launch of Solutions:

  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of machine learning solutions, from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate machine learning models into operational systems.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented solutions.

Cooperation with Data Warehouse and BI Teams:

  • Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to ensure the availability of high-quality and relevant datasets for training and testing machine learning models.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to derive actionable insights from machine learning results.
  • Identify opportunities for data warehouse improvements to enhance overall data management capabilities.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including operational teams, executives, and technical teams, to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in product management, with a focus on machine learning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and practical applications.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with operational teams.
  • Experience building a Data Warehouse or Data Lake will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
