Job Description
We develop and provide innovative solutions for the Digital Marketing by constantly improving our software brands and designing new products.
Now we are looking for a proactive, Office-Assistant part-time (20h/week) in the Riga office, who would overtake some of the local office errands and also take care of international shipments.
Requirements:
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Inventory and supply management
• Very good computer skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Proficiency with the Gmail platform
• Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, multitasking abilities
• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks
• Excellent Latvian and very good English language knowledge
• As a plus – Russian language
Responsibilities :
• Assisting the manager in daily tasks
• Preparing and sending all the postal items
• Organization of small office events
• Maintaining food inventory
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Communication with the suppliers
• Running various routine errands, as required, for the office
