Skills & Qualifications Required:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Mastery in MS Office Suite, G Suite and project management tools.
- Familiarity with the Gmail platform and adeptness in using office equipment.
- Financial literacy, ability to work with budgets, invoices, etc.
- Driver’s license and own car.
Personal Competencies:
- An independent, organized work style focused on detail and deadlines.
- Strong multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication with international teams and conflict resolution.
- Creativity, especially under pressure.
- Proactive in suggesting process improvements.
Languages:
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency is essential (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Russian is a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support the CEO, acting as the bridge between the executive and other stakeholders.
- Oversee office finances, policy creation, and service quality.
- Participate in global wellbeing programs (congratulations, gifts, ideas to improve the life of the company’s specialists)
- Analyze workplace trends and needs.
- Ensure the office runs seamlessly, coordinating with multiple departments.
- Negotiate contracts, plan corporate events, and manage assets.
- Undertake other responsibilities as directed.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes as requested by the HR team.
