Job Description

We are Product company that works in Digital marketing and we are looking for positive and multifunctional Office manager to join our Chisinau office. A dual-role involving full spectrum office management and human resources responsibilities.

Required skills:

  • At least 2 years proven experience in office management or administrative (assistant) role
  • High level of English is a must
  • Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
  • Experience in Tracking budget expenses
  • Supply management
  • Great planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, 1-1 meetings etc)
  • Manage internal employee relations
  • Welcoming guests
  • Managing office budgets, work with payment documentation
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Office administration management and coordination of service providers including a cleaning person ect.
  • Help with organizing company events and team buildings
