We are Product company that works in Digital marketing and we are looking for positive and multifunctional Office manager to join our Chisinau office. A dual-role involving full spectrum office management and human resources responsibilities.
Required skills:
- At least 2 years proven experience in office management or administrative (assistant) role
- High level of English is a must
- Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
- Experience in Tracking budget expenses
- Supply management
- Great planning and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Support HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, 1-1 meetings etc)
- Manage internal employee relations
- Welcoming guests
- Managing office budgets, work with payment documentation
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Office administration management and coordination of service providers including a cleaning person ect.
- Help with organizing company events and team buildings
