Responsibilities:

  • • Help with organising company events and team buildings
  • • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • • Managing office budgets
  • • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • • Welcoming guests
  • • Managing cleaning staff
  • • Work with payment documentation
  • • Support HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, 1-1 meetings etc)
  • • Manage internal staff relations
