Responsibilities:
- • Help with organising company events and team buildings
- • Ordering stationery and furniture
- • Managing office budgets
- • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- • Welcoming guests
- • Managing cleaning staff
- • Work with payment documentation
- • Support HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, 1-1 meetings etc)
- • Manage internal staff relations
