We develop and provide innovative solutions for the iGaming Industry by constantly improving our software brands and designing new products.
Now we are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and talented Office Manager who will open our new great office in Cyprus.
Requirements:
- • Proven office management, administrative (assistant) experience at least 3 year
- • Proficiency in English, Russian
- • Strong communication skills, written/verbal
- • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, multitasking abilities
- • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
Responsibilities:
- • Handling all admin tasks, keeping paperwork organised, collaborating with accounts for requesting documents etc.
- • Ordering stationery and furniture
- • Managing office budgets/Tracking budget expenses
- • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- • Welcoming guests
- • Managing cleaning staff\Supply management
- • Assist in organising company events such as Team Building, Parties, partners dinners etc.
- • Other duties as assigned
