Job Description

We develop and provide innovative solutions for the iGaming Industry by constantly improving our software brands and designing new products.

Now we are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and talented Office Manager who will open our new great office in Cyprus.


  • • Proven office management, administrative (assistant) experience at least 3 year
  • • Proficiency in English, Russian
  • • Strong communication skills, written/verbal
  • • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, multitasking abilities
  • • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance



  • • Handling all admin tasks, keeping paperwork organised, collaborating with accounts for requesting documents etc.
  • • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • • Managing office budgets/Tracking budget expenses
  • • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • • Welcoming guests
  • • Managing cleaning staff\Supply management
  • • Assist in organising company events such as Team Building, Parties, partners dinners etc.
  • • Other duties as assigned
