Skills:
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in iGaming industry – as a plus
• Experience in direct search
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
• Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
• Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole
You will be responsible for:
• Full life cycle recruitment of support, technical, digital marketing and non-tech positions
• Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position
• Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates
• Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
• Ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
