Job Description
We are seeking to expand the team with an addition of a Sales Manager (English speaking). The successful candidate will be tasked with handling a selection of customers while joining a great team atmosphere that delivers players the care and attention required to experience the best service in the industry.
Skills/Qualifications required:
- • Previous experience in customer service role, IGaming field is an advantage but not a must – 6+ months
- • Friendly, confident and positive communicator
- • Advanced/Fluent English language, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- • Build trust and strong relationships with customers
- • Handle customers’ day-to-day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service
- • Monitor customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met
- • Maintain regular contact with customers through a variety of channels (chat-room, phone, email, messengers)
- • Meet (and exceed) commercial targets for assigned clients
- • Propose recommendations based on interactions with customers
- • Monitor individual customer performance
- • Manage customer accounts and, when needed, update customer information in database
- • Close collaboration with other departments
- • Inform customers, make commercial offers, personal offers tailored to customers
- • Go an extra mile to provide a truly personal customer experience
