Job Description

We are seeking to expand the team with an addition of a Sales Manager (English speaking). The successful candidate will be tasked with handling a selection of customers while joining a great team atmosphere that delivers players the care and attention required to experience the best service in the industry.

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • • Previous experience in customer service role, IGaming field is an advantage but not a must – 6+ months
  • • Friendly, confident and positive communicator
  • Advanced/Fluent English language, both written and spoken

 Responsibilities:

  • • Build trust and strong relationships with customers
  • • Handle customers’ day-to-day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service
  • • Monitor customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met
  • • Maintain regular contact with customers through a variety of channels (chat-room, phone, email, messengers)
  • • Meet (and exceed) commercial targets for assigned clients
  • • Propose recommendations based on interactions with customers
  • • Monitor individual customer performance
  • • Manage customer accounts and, when needed, update customer information in database
  • • Close collaboration with other departments
  • • Inform customers, make commercial offers, personal offers tailored to customers
  • • Go an extra mile to provide a truly personal customer experience
