Job Description
Required Skills:
- • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- • Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
- • Experience in direct search
- • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
- • Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
- • Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole
You will be responsible for:
- • Full life cycle recruitment of technical and digital marketing positions
- • Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position
- • Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates
- • Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
- • Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Zoho) is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
