Job Description
We are looking for a Sourcing Team Lead who will help to grow and lead our Sourcing Team in Ukraine.
Requirements:
- • 1+ year Sourcing lead experience
- • 2+ years in IT sourcing direction
- • Expert in sourcing methodologies and deep knowledge of optimized searches (Boolean, X-Ray, etc)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Solid analytical skills and attention to details
- • IT market proficiency
- • Result oriented, self-driven and pro-active
- • Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge on practice
- • At least Upper-Intermediate English level
Responsibilities:
- • Building sourcing processes from sсratch (with Head of Recruitment)
- • Monitoring and leading to achieve and improve team performance (2 people)
- • Develop team members to support succession planning
- • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database etc.
- • Targeting and reaching passive candidates using creative methodologies
- • Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates
- • Maintain internal databases, related reports
- • Analyze sourcing metrics
- • Job market research
- • Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team
