Responsibilities
- • Build strong relationships with valuable customers and provide superb service and gaming experiences tailored to them
- • Check and attend to top winners daily [Cashouts],
- • Check and attend to top depositors daily,
- • Check and attend to birthdays daily,
- • Tableau – check and compare own stats to brand to see how you are affecting total stats,
- • Respond to Inbound during the day and within 15 hours (evenings/weekends),
- • Attend to 150 list each week using formulas to decide on appropriate offers,
- • Submit gifts list by 21st of each month,
- • Introductions within 24 hours,
- • Prepare for 1on1 meetings with the above goals in mind.
- • (Have info listed = bi-weekly update).
- • Maximising players value
- • Working out of office hours, as business requires
Skills/Qualifications required- • Friendly and positive communicator
- • Native Finnish speaker
- • Adaptable and flexible when it comes to working hours
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Great organization, relationship building, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
