VIP Department currently consists of 20 staff across the globe – 4 Deputies, 16 VIP Managers. Our Team based across most of Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa. We develop and provide innovative solutions for the iGaming Industry by constantly improving our software brands and designing new products.

Our Offices based in S. Africa(Johannesburg, Cape Town), Latvia, Ukraine, Moldova, Cyprus.
Requirements:
- Experience as a VIP account manager in iGaming industry – 1+ years
- Friendly and positive communicator
- Advanced-Fluent English language, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Proactive
- Time management
- Self motivated
- Creative/out of the box thinking
Responsibilities:
- Manage 500 VIP players across multiple brands
- Build trust and strong relationships with VIP customers
- Handle customers’ day to day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service
- Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met
- Maintain regular contact with customers through a variety of channels (phone email, messengers)
- Engage with VIP customers and at times other players including the chat room on-site, email
